We offer free shipping on orders above €100.-

All orders are shipped on regular weekdays, Monday till Friday. Orders located in The Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. International orders are shipped with PostNL and as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a email with a track & trace link.

Store pick up

If you choose to pick up your order in store, your item(s) will be ready for pick up 1 hours after you have received your payment confirmation within the store opening hours. You can pick up your order in our store:

Returns

You have the right to return/exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to do so please follow these steps:

Conditions for returns

- The costs are on you, unless discussed other. 

- The package has to be received by us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

- Once we have received the goods, you will receive an email. From this email on, if your return is approved, it can take up to 10 working days before receiving your refund. 

- If for some reason your return is not approved by our team (item damaged, incomplete, passed the return deadline, ignoring the return steps, etc.), we will contact you. 

- It's also possible to return the product in our store. (always add a complete filled in return form)

- We do not refund return shipping costs and customs tax/duties.

- Underwear and swimwear can NOT be exchanged or returned, due to hygienic reasons.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, box etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
